STEP 1 | Choose and order your testing kits The following tests are an illustrative example of a two-test wellness assessment. Your coach will help determine which tests, if any, are appropriate for your goals. We do not receive discounts on their testing kits. Our coaching packages are offered separately and are priced more affordably than The Wellness Way coaching options. Applicable taxes and shipping are additional. STEP 2 | Coordinate your specimen collection Some tests require a blood draw, while others may use stool or other specimens. Any required blood draw or mobile collection service is billed separately and is not included in the testing kit or coaching package price. We can help coordinate a third party mobile lab professional to visit your location or meet you at Core Athletes. The independent provider sets its own fees and availability. STEP 3 | Arrange for your results to be shared When registering your testing kits, follow the laboratory’s authorization and release instructions and request that your complete results be shared with Karla Heredia. Please also email copies of your results to: Dr.Karla@HerediaTherapy.com Results are not automatically released to Core Athletes. Sharing results and completing any required authorization allows your coach to review them with you. The testing provider controls its release process. STEP 4 | Select your wellness coaching package Featured option: 12 Session Wellness Coaching Package $1,200 total | $100 per session | Save $600 compared with 12 sessions at $150 each Our most comprehensive coaching option provides 12 sessions across 12 months for clients committed to long-term wellness habits. Coaching may include discussion of results, nutrition and lifestyle education, goal setting, and ongoing support. Services are individualized and do not guarantee particular health outcomes.
