Core Athletes Academy currently serves students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade who are serious about their education, their sport, and their long term well being.
Students complete their academics through an online program accredited through WASC and recognized by the NCAA, with AP pathways approved by the College Board.
Learning happens on site with daily structure, independent reading, and small group support led by credentialed educators, all guided by state testing and each.

Our academic program is designed to give students both structure and flexibility, allowing them to grow with confidence and purpose. Students work through all core subjects using a self-paced online curriculum, including math, English language arts, history, social studies, science, and Spanish, while also being introduced to coding, JavaScript, electronics, and computer science. Middle school health and social emotional learning are intentionally woven into their experience to support the whole student.
Each day, students receive one-on-one support and small group instruction from credentialed teachers, guided by state standards and their individual learning needs. Additional support is provided in key areas such as math, reading, and writing to ensure steady academic progress. This balanced approach allows students to thrive academically while developing discipline, confidence, and performance on the field.

Students follow the same training plans used in our gym, participate in structured recovery days, and use wellness services such as red light therapy, infrared sauna, and other recovery tools.

Every student is also part of our Heal the Gut wellness program, where they receive testing, nutrition guidance, and coaching to support an anti inflammatory lifestyle.

Soccer training is built directly into the school day, giving athletes the opportunity to develop their game consistently and with purpose. Each day, students spend dedicated time on the field focusing on strength, speed and agility, explosiveness and power, and endurance and conditioning. This structured, high-level approach allows athletes to train, recover, and improve week after week, building confidence, discipline, and performance both on and off the field.

While some groups begin the morning focused on academics, independent reading, and small group instruction, other groups are n the field training. The groups rotate throughout the day so that all students complete their academics and their soccer training in balanced blocks.
With academic time spaced out across the day, allowing students to stay focused, engaged, and energized without burnout.
